Charging your vehicle has never been easier​

(1) Taxi / Private Hire Plan

These terms and conditions (the “ROI Taxi T&Cs”) are in addition to and supplement the current version of the Source’s Electric Vehicle Charge Point Network Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) of Source EV Ireland Ltd which are available here.

Any Taxi Memberships (as defined below) shall be governed by the ROI Taxi T&Cs and the Terms. All defined terms used herein shall have the meaning set out in the Terms unless expressly defined in these ROI Taxi T&Cs.

Taxi Membership

These ROI Taxi T&Cs shall apply to any Member that operates as a business, has an active licence in the UK for a hackney carriage or private hire vehicle (PHV) and wishes to subscribe to the taxi membership (the “Taxi Membership”).

For the purposes of the Taxi Membership, the parties acknowledge and agree that:

1. The Member shall have and maintain throughout the term of the Taxi Membership an active licence issued by a licensing authority in the UK.
2. The Member is required to upload a copy of the Member’s taxi licence for verification by Source.
3. Once Source has verified the Member’s taxi licence:
   1. the Member will be provided with confirmation via email that the Taxi Membership is live; and
   2. Source will send an RFID card to the Member’s registered address.
4. Until the Taxi Membership is live, if the Member uses a Source Charge Point the Pay-As-You-Go tariffs shall apply.
5. We reserve the right to conduct a credit check on You and may terminate any Membership if the results of such credit check are not acceptable to Us.
6. We reserve the right to request verification of the Member’s taxi licence at any time. If requested, You agree to provide the requested copy of Your taxi licence within 30 days. If you do not provide the requested copy or we are unable to verify the copy provided, We may terminate your membership on 30 days prior notice.
7. We may change these ROI Taxi T&Cs (including, but not limited to, changes to the Subscription Fee for the Taxi Membership) at any time by telling You about the relevant change(s), although if You have an existing Taxi Membership We will first give you a reasonable opportunity after telling you about the change(s) to cancel Your Taxi Membership under paragraph 11 of the Terms before the change(s) take effect in case You do not want to be bound by them. For example, if We tell You about certain changes that We say will take effect as from the next Membership Renewal Date and We tell You about these at least 14 days before the next Membership Renewal Date, this will give you a reasonable opportunity to cancel before the next Membership Renewal Date (if You do not want to be bound by the changes) as You only need to tell Us at least 7 days before the next Membership Renewal Date if You wish to cancel.

• Fair usage policies may apply to certain charging plans.
• Prices are subject to change based on market conditions
• Additional service charges may apply for specific locations.
• Peak and off‑peak pricing may apply and is calculated based on the time of charge; where a charging session spans both periods, a blended price will apply, calculated as [(peak kWh × applicable peak rate) + (off‑peak kWh × applicable off‑peak rate)].
• For eligible plans, peak hours apply from 5:00am to midnight and off‑peak hours from midnight to 5:00am.
